চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ

• Achieve regional sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, teaching and motivating individual shops and its employees.
• Take responsibility for the success-failure of the shops in the assigned area, guide the shops on product display, indoor-outdoor branding, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
• Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the assigned area and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
• Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere in the area which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
• Search for new showrooms in potential locations in the assigned area.
• Develop existing sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve the business objective.
• Identify business opportunities to sell products.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and sound in analysis and planning; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
• Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to senior management.
• Recommend guideline throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events

• As a valued team member of the Finance and Administration section this position will report to the Managing Director or CEO for ABSS Limited. The Officer (Finance and Admin) will be responsible for management and oversight of the human resources; financial planning and its implementation as well as the overall accounts management. In addition, Finance and Administration section manages Program Support funds that are directly aligned with program related activities. The incumbent will be exposed to a full range of budget and accounting tasks within the Office of Financial Management.
• PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE : The Officer (Finance and Admin) will be selected for probation period of six months and after successful completion of the probation period she/he will consider as regular employee for ABSS Limited and enjoy all the facilities as mentioned on the HR Policy.
• EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Full time with regular status
• WORKING PLACE : ABSS Corporate Office, Jashore

• Post Graduation degree on Accounting or Finance from any public universities of Bangladesh. Other professional degree will consider her/his additional qualification. Candidates must have at least one 1st class in Graduation or Post-graduation level as she/he must be taken higher degree on CMAs (Cost and Management Accountants).

• Applicant must demonstrate an interest on Finance and Administration Management in Cooperative Sector and at least 3 years experience in USAID funded project finance and admin management.
• Candidate must demonstrate honesty, transparency and attention to detail
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience on financial management and direct supervisory experience, including experience with procurement of goods and services
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and USAID rules and regulations, and experience in working with USAID projects will get preference
• Ability to handle cash, prepare voucher and maintain accurate and complete financial and accounting records
• Knowledge on VAT And Tax rules, as well as budgeting and budget controlling
• Willingness to learn a new skill or a new accounting software
• Willingness to take higher professional education and training
• Must demonstrate team spirit, positive and professional attitude, and flexibility with working hours in the best interest of the organization
• Excellent writing and communications skills in English and Bengali
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point), e-mail, internet browsing, accounting software and handheld smart devices

• Officer (Finance and Admin) will be paid at BDT.=13,200/- per month for probation period of six months. After completion of probation period she/he will be incorporated within the salary scale for ABSS Limited and it will be at BDT=15085. She/he will be enjoyed communication allowance, annual increment, 2 festival bonus, provident fund and gratuity from the beginning period of the job.
